In-game models adhere to 1–2 standardized body templates for gameplay balance. Focus instead on facial structure, hair and head shape, color palette, and signature accessories that define the character's silhouette.

Note the convergence of Viper's facial lines toward a predatory focal point. Her nostrils are shaped to accentuate this — the bridge of her nose is raised and tilted upward. Her eyes are wide-set like a predator's while her pupils remain small and focused.

Cinematic representation has received the most scrutiny in development — achieving the most idealized identity. Anchoring between in-game model and cinematic yields the best opportunity for capturing the Agent's truest self.

2D Illustration

Observation #1

Player Card illustrations and official artworks provide a strong base for assessing exemplary iterations. By sheer volume of examples, we can easily compare and contrast to refine our understanding of the Agent's visual identity.

Though non-canon, fan art reveals how the broader community interprets and resonates with each Agent — their decisions around personality, visual expression, and character pillars give us a clear picture of how Agents resonate with fans and why.
